Let’s be as simple as we can. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties. We may use your data to further enhance our scores and algorithms. In addition to the data you provide to us and what is publicly available about you online, we also collect information about your activity on our site and we use Cookies to better inform us about your online behaviour. 7.  Data Flows

Some personal information (e.g. race, ethnicity, health, criminal record etc.) is sensitive and requires a higher level of protection under the Privacy Act. We will not use or disclose your sensitive personal information other than as permitted by law or with your consent.


9.  Privacy Statement Updates


We may update these Privacy Terms from time to time in order to comply with legislative updates or in order to reflect any changes that we make in the way that we collect or store your personal information. We will provide you with 14 days notice of the updated privacy policy by publishing a notice and the updated policy on the Site.
